New Old is pleased to announce the Southern Living Inspired Home at The Bramble, open to the public from June 1 - June 30, 2019. A custom home built in partnership with respected national and Southern Living vendors, such as Pella and James Hardie, the home will highlight the latest in architecture, home building and interior design. Nestled in the heart of Fort Mill, the Southern Living Inspired Home features a charming southern cottage feel with contemporary style. Just steps away from the main town center of Baxter Village, this 4,200 square foot home showcases the latest in fine southern living, complete with an outdoor kitchen, pool, luxury appliances and finishes.
Slated to be the region’s top home event of the year, daily weekend tours will take place over a five-week period as well as a variety of specialty events, like wine and cheese nights, chef demonstrations, and more!
A portion of all proceeds will go to charity. Stay tuned, as we will be revealing our charity in February!
